Meet Sary and Maria

Sary and Maria

Incolpex was born as a response to decades of unfair compensation, non-transparent intermediaries, and the impact of over 40 years of armed conflict that shaped Colombian coffee lands.

Founded by María Fernanda Echeverry and Sary Alarcón, Incolpex unites two coffee-growing families who decided to professionalize, export directly, and share their coffee with the world. Their mission is to offer traceability, social commitment, and true quality while honoring their history and culture.

Valle del Cauca (Costa Rica, Alarcón Family Farm)


  • Altitude: 1,800 m.a.s.l.
     
  • Varieties: Castillo, Cenicafé
     
  • Cup Profile: Caramelized sweetness, brown sugar, low acidity
     
  • Cupping Score: 84+
     
  • Harvests: Twice a year (July & December)

Cauca (Inzá, Argelia Family Farm)

  • Altitude: 1,640 m.a.s.l.
     
  • Varieties: Caturra, Colombia Blend
     
  • Cup Profile: Caramelized sweetness, brown sugar, almonds, citrus/orange notes, medium acidity
     
  • Cupping Score: 84+
     
  • Harvests: Twice a year (July & December)
     
  • 100% Single Origin

Processes

  • Washed fermentation
     
  • Harvest at 20–24° Brix for optimal sweetness
     
  • Careful post-harvest: fermentation, pulping, milling, preparation, and export directly from Colombia
