Brazilian coffeee

Owens Global Trading Co. + BRAZIL

Brazilian Coffee: Organic. Specialty. Personally Sourced. Deeply Rooted.

At Owens Global Trading Company, we believe coffee should be more than just a beverage—it should be a story. That’s why we go beyond importing to personally travel to Brazil’s most respected coffee regions, connecting directly with farmers who share our commitment to organic farming and specialty-grade excellence.

We don’t settle for commodity coffee. We source specialty coffee, grown in microclimates and processed with care to bring out the unique terroir of Brazil—smooth chocolate notes, roasted nuts, gentle fruit hints, and a silky finish.

Certified Organic, Grown with Purpose

Our Brazilian coffees are cultivated using strict organic practices, free from synthetic chemicals and rooted in sustainability. We work with producers who care about their land, their legacy, and your cup. The result? Clean, complex, and environmentally conscious coffee.

Specialty Grade, Farm Direct

We partner with growers and importers who meet rigorous Q-grade cupping standards—scoring 80+ points on the SCA scale. These are not bulk commercial beans. These are small-lot, high-quality coffees handpicked at peak ripeness and often processed as Natural, honey or washed to bring out richness, body, and sweetness.

We personally visit farms across regions like Carmo de Minas, Mogiana, and emerging microregions, ensuring:

  • Direct relationships with farmers

  • Transparent supply chains

  • Consistent flavor and quality in every shipment

A Legacy of Coffee Excellence: Brazil’s Coffee History

Coffee arrived in Brazil in 1727, and by the early 1800s, Brazil had become a global coffee powerhouse. By 1920, Brazil supplied 80% of the world’s coffee, and it remains one of the top two producers today.

Beyond volume, Brazil has shaped the global coffee landscape—pioneering important varieties like Caturra, Mundo Novo, and Maragogype. These innovations, combined with vast microclimates and volcanic soil, helped Brazil become a leader in both quantity and quality.

Tasting Notes You’ll Love

Our specialty Brazilian coffees are known for their:

  • Smooth body & low acidity

  • Flavor notes of chocolate, nuts, and mild fruit

  • Creamy mouthfeel with a clean, satisfying finish

Perfect for drip, espresso, cold brew, or however you like to enjoy a truly exceptional cup.

From the Farm to You

Every bean we offer from Brazil reflects our values:

  • Certified organic farming

  • Specialty-grade scoring

  • Direct, on-the-ground sourcing

  • A commitment to cultural and environmental sustainability

We don’t just sell coffee—we build relationships. And we’re proud to bring you Brazil’s finest organic specialty green coffee.
